What can I do without purchasing a plan?

You can generate the core astrocartography map without buying a plan. Some map lines and deeper readings have additional access conditions. Seeing a map, a short overview, or a preview does not mean the complete result has been unlocked.

For a first map, follow Create your first map. For keeping destinations, use Save & revisit places; for the person's reusable inputs, use Save & reuse birth data. Use the remaining allowance or credit balance shown in your current session rather than assuming a new sign-in resets an earlier trial.

Which conditions apply to the action I want to finish?

Start with the name of the action, not just the plan name. In particular, the comparison cards produced by Compare Cities and a complete AI City Comparison Report are different outputs. Access to one does not establish access to the other.

Before a new purchase, check current plans and allowances for the specific output you need. A map-download offer is not the same purchase as complete-report access. A Personal Birth Chart Reading also has its own report scope; buying a chart report does not by itself grant every astrocartography workflow.

The plan names above describe current offers. An older purchase can include different access; if your signed-in account's access message does not match a current offer, check that purchase rather than assuming its benefits were replaced by today's plan.

What should I check if I have paid but something is still locked?

First identify the message and the blocked action. Payment status, account identity, feature access, remaining usage, input precision, and a report's generation status need different responses. Do not buy again simply because an action has not opened.

Worked example: city cards work, but the complete report does not

Suppose you want to compare Paris, Lisbon, and Berlin for Career & recognition. The following is an access example using hypothetical account conditions, not a generated city ranking.

1. Generate your map with the intended birth details, open Compare Cities, select the three city suggestions, and choose the career goal.
2. Run the comparison. If you have a remaining free comparison or unlimited comparison access, read the city cards, supporting lines, and cautions.
3. If you also want the complete report, use the complete-report action in that comparison. This starts a different access check from showing the cards.
4. Read the report action's message before choosing an upgrade, adding credits, or retrying.

After a successful generation, verify the report title, cities, and goal, then use its supported reading, PDF, or follow-up options. A later AI question has its own access and credit conditions. If the result remains unavailable, keep the exact message and follow saved-result troubleshooting.

Where should I go after identifying the cause?

A useful support description is: “My city comparison cards open, but generating the complete comparison report is blocked. I am signed in to the account used for the purchase. This is the report message and the credit balance shown.” That identifies a specific action instead of treating every locked screen as the same problem.

Return to your map when the named condition is resolved. If the action was already complete, reopen its existing result rather than generating a replacement unnecessarily.

For a usage shortfall, check reports, profiles, and credits. For a missing purchase, match the purchasing account and transaction.
