The free map is available. Why should I pay?
Free includes the core chart and map. After signing in, you can also save unlimited places in My Places and use Stored Astro Data for 1 person. Paid plans increase Stored Astro Data capacity and add reports, downloads, city tools, and AI features.
What does Pro include?
Pro includes Stored Astro Data for 3 people, HD map download, premium planet lines, 5 complete reports, unlimited city checks and comparisons, chat export, and 1,500 AI credits.
What can I do right after payment?
With Pro, you can generate personal reports, download your HD astrocartography map, check more cities, and compare cities. Ultimate also unlocks the full Find My Best Places result and Full AI City Comparison Reports. Generated reports and maps can be viewed again, and supported reports can be downloaded as PDF or used for AI follow-up.
Are these reports just generic AI text?
No. Reports are based on your birth data, astrocartography map, planetary lines, place distances, strength signals, and caution factors. AI turns that astrology evidence into a clearer location interpretation.
Are the included reports for one person or different people?
Report allowances and Stored Astro Data are separate. Reports can be used for the same person or different people, while Stored Astro Data keeps reusable birth details for 3 people on Pro and 30 on Ultimate.
How does the report judge career, love, home, travel, or relocation?
The report looks at nearby planetary lines and signal strength, then explains which life themes a place may support. It also notes advantages, pressure points, and whether a place is better for short-term or long-term exploration.
Should I use Check City, Find My Best Places, or Compare Cities?
Use Check City when you already have one place in mind. Use Find My Best Places when you want candidate cities for a goal such as relocation, career, love, home, or balanced living. Use Compare Cities when you already have 2-4 places and want to compare their support, cautions, and trade-offs side by side.
How are difficult lines like Saturn, Pluto, Neptune, or Mars handled?
The report does not label a line as simply good or bad. It explains possible pressure, growth, boundaries, drive, or confusion, and reminds you to judge the astrology alongside real-world conditions.
How is Pro different from Ultimate?
Pro includes 5 reports, 1,500 AI credits, and Stored Astro Data for 3 people. Ultimate increases these to 20 reports, 10,000 AI credits, and 30 people, and adds the complete Find My Best Places result, Full AI City Comparison Reports, and saved AI chat history.
Is it still worth buying if my birth time is not exact?
Astrocartography is sensitive to birth time. The more accurate your time, the more reliable the map and report. If your time is approximate, use the report as exploration guidance, not a final relocation decision.
Is this a one-time payment or a subscription?
Paid plans are one-time payments, not subscriptions. Current prices and benefits are shown on the pricing cards.
Can I get a refund?
As a general rule, purchases of digital and virtual products are non-refundable. If you have a refund request or billing issue, please email [email protected] and we will generally respond within 3 business days.
What if report generation fails or my benefits do not appear?
If payment succeeds but benefits do not appear, report generation fails, or you see a duplicate charge, contact support. We can check the order and report records.
