03 / PLACE EVIDENCE
What a Place Reading Can Show
After you generate a map, the place-reading layer can show the selected city or coordinate, the closest visible planet and angle, approximate distance from a calculated line, a strength band, nearby planetary lines, and available crossings, Angular Aspects, or Parans.
It can also surface possible support, tension, uncertainty, and practical questions. A close Venus line does not automatically make a city perfect for relationships. A strong MC line does not guarantee a promotion. A location with no close visible line is not automatically unsuitable.
The purpose of an astrocartography reading is to make relevant evidence easier to inspect and compare. The result should help you form a better question, not replace research into the place itself.
| Evidence | Why it matters |
|---|---|
| Selected place | Keeps the interpretation tied to a real city or coordinate |
| Planet and angle | Identifies the symbolic theme and life context together |
| Distance and strength | Shows how close and prominent the calculated signal is |
| Nearby lines | Adds surrounding context that may support or complicate the first signal |
| Crossings and Parans | Adds available combinations without treating them as a single verdict |
| Support and caution | Keeps useful possibilities and practical trade-offs visible |
