AstroCarto Pro suits ongoing place research when you want to check cities, compare a chosen shortlist, generate Personal Reports within an allowance, use AI credits, and keep map or chat files. Choose it when those actions cover your task. Complete Find My Best Places reports, complete AI City Comparison Reports, and cloud AI chat history are separate Ultimate features in the current new-plan offers.
When is Pro enough for my research?
Pro can cover the task when you already have places to investigate and need to use the city tools repeatedly, read the supporting and cautionary evidence, and keep selected reports or files. It also includes shared-place research, move timing, and Where Planets Work Together. You do not need Ultimate solely to use those included workflows.
Start with a short requirements list: the people involved, whether you already know the cities, the output you want, and how much saved data, report generation, and AI use you need. Distinguish “compare city cards as I refine a shortlist” from “generate a complete written city comparison report”; the first is included in Pro, while the second requires different access.
Example: an existing three-city shortlist
Suppose you want to investigate Paris, Lisbon, and Berlin for Career & recognition. This is a workflow example, not a new account test or a generated ranking.
- Generate the intended person's map from the map generator, open Compare Cities, select those three city suggestions, and choose the career goal.
- Run the comparison and read each city's position, supporting lines, cautions, and trade-offs. Follow how to read the comparison. The first-ranked city leads within that chosen set and goal; it is not automatically the best city worldwide.
- If you change the goal or replace a city, run the comparison again before using the new choice. Pro's unlimited city-tool access supports this repeated card-based research; it does not make complete report generation unlimited.
- Record the evidence you want to investigate next. You can check one city in more detail or generate a Personal Astrocartography Report when you have a matching allowance and meet its input conditions. A Personal Report has its own scope; it is not the complete written version of your three-city comparison.
- If your required deliverable is specifically the complete AI City Comparison Report, Pro is missing that action. Compare Ultimate before buying for that purpose; a large Pro credit balance does not unlock the report by itself.
This lets you decide before checkout: Pro covers repeated comparison-card research, but it is not the right choice solely for a complete written comparison that it does not include.
What can I do with the current new Pro offer?
The current new Pro offer includes 5 complete Personal Astrocartography Reports, 5 complete Personal Birth Chart Reports, 1,500 AI credits, and capacity for 3 stored people, alongside the research and export access below. The two report allowances, AI balance, and stored-person capacity are separate. Older purchases and account-specific upgrade offers can have different included quantities; check the original offer rather than applying this new-purchase list to every account.

Pro also supports in-depth city/location readings. Keep those readings distinct from a separately generated complete report and from billable AI questions. The output and the action you choose determine which usage rule applies.
What remains limited or conditional?
Unlimited city tools do not make all research outputs unlimited. For the exact action conditions, use Free & paid access; for quantities and reopening rules, use reports, profiles, and credits.

For example, if you still have 1,000 AI credits but have used or reserved your matching Personal Report allowances, the credit number does not show that another Personal Report is available. If you instead have an allowance remaining but your birth-time information does not meet that report's requirements, more credits will not fix the input condition either. Read the message for the action you actually intend to take.
Current Pro is a one-time purchase. Its finite report and credit quantities are not a promise of an automatic monthly refill. Follow your original purchase terms for any older or different offer, and check your actual records rather than treating this page's new-plan quantities as your remaining balance.
Should I choose Starter, Pro, or Ultimate for this task?
Choose the least scope that covers your necessary actions and usage. Pro is enough when its included workflows and quantities meet the task; consider another offer only when you can name the missing output or capacity.

Two decisions illustrate the difference. If you need to compare your existing three-city shortlist repeatedly, study shared places with a partner, and keep a chat TXT, Pro covers those actions, subject to the inputs and AI usage. If you also require the complete written comparison or cloud chat history, that requirement remains missing; compare the current offers before deciding.

How do I purchase and continue the right workflow?
Check current pricing and payment terms for the offer available now. Confirm the included actions, report types and quantities, stored-person capacity, and AI credits; this Help page does not maintain a second price table or guarantee the same terms for upgrades and older purchases.
After a confirmed purchase, sign in to the purchasing account and return to the workflow you chose. Check City and comparison cards are used from the map; complete Personal Reports are generated through their own action. A package purchase does not by itself prove that every report has already been generated.
For a completed supported report, open My Astrology Reports and match the type, original inputs or cities, goal where shown, and date. For a saved map or chat file, check the device's download location. See saved results and reopening to keep these objects separate.
If payment or access is missing, follow purchase-status checks before paying again. Check the purchasing account, original included action, remaining usage, and report status. An account-specific upgrade can be a different offer from a new Pro purchase; use its actual checkout details and order record, and ask support about an unexplained discrepancy.
