Send support requests to [email protected]. Include the page or extension action where the issue happened.

Extension troubleshooting

For extension issues, include your Chrome version, extension version, and whether the side panel, chart generation, or city check failed.

Privacy requests

Use the same support email for privacy questions, correction requests, or deletion requests related to AstroCarto services.

What to include

  • The AstroCarto page URL or Chrome extension action you used.
  • Your browser and operating system.
  • The birth location or city name if the problem is geocoding-related.
  • A screenshot or copied error message if one is visible.
  • Whether you were signed in when the issue happened.

Quick checks

  • Reload the website page or reopen the Chrome side panel.
  • Confirm your network can access astrocarto.net.
  • Check that birth date, birth time, timezone, and location fields are complete.
  • If the extension was updated, reload it from chrome://extensions.
  • If selected text city check fails, try entering the city directly in the extension.
Response time
